Seller ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING the website Timley.com, missed call service, or mobile application INDICATES that the user is in AGREEMENT with Timley Vegetables & Fruits Pvt Ltd for ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS mentioned herein. Users are requested to READ the terms and conditions CAREFULLY before proceeding further.
User refers to any person, group of persons, company, trust, society, legal entity, or anyone who visits the website, mobile app, gives a missed call, places an order with Timley via phone, website, or mobile application, or browses through the website www.Timley.com.

Timley reserves the right to add, alter, change, modify, or delete any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The modified terms and conditions shall become binding on the user from the moment they are uploaded on the website www.Timley.com.

Timley is engaged in the business of fresh fruits and vegetables and delivers orders directly to the user’s desired address.

Any user who gives a missed call or places an order through any number published or used by Timley.com consents to receive calls, messages, or any further communication from Timley Vegetables & Fruits Pvt Ltd for promotional and telemarketing purposes within a week.

Timley accepts orders on all seven days. Orders are delivered the next day from the date of placement, as Timley procures fresh produce from procurement centers and delivers it directly to the user.

There is a minimum order value of Rs. 200. There are no delivery charges on orders worth Rs. 200 or above. In special cases, if permitted, orders below Rs. 200 shall be charged Rs. 40 as shipping charges.

Timley updates product prices on a daily basis. The price displayed on the website www.Timley.com at the time of order placement shall be the price charged to the user.

In rare cases of incorrect invoice generation, Timley Vegetables & Fruits Pvt Ltd reserves the right to issue a corrected invoice, and the revised amount shall be payable by the user.

Due to the nature of weighing fresh fruits and vegetables, there may be a variation of up to 5% (higher or lower) from the ordered quantity. Users agree to pay as per the final invoice. Timley strives to deliver accurate quantities and assures fair weight practices at all times.

If a product is unavailable or does not meet quality standards, it will not be delivered and the invoice will be adjusted accordingly. All rights in this regard are reserved by Timley. Product images displayed on the website are for representation purposes only and may vary in size, color, weight, or appearance. Timley assures best quality as its foremost commitment to customers.

All orders placed before 11:00 PM will be delivered the next day or as per the delivery date selected by the user.
